Job Overview
Under the direction of Production Supervisor, accurately prepares customer orders for shipping meeting customer delivery requirements. Responsible for deliveries, verifying shipment records, accepting shipments and distributing materials and parts coming into the company. Capabilities to support the coverage for the Production Supervisor vacation, out of office, and meetings. #LI-TB1 A Day In The Life

Education and/or Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent, plus some specialized training. * 2 years of relevant shipping / receiving experience. * Mathematical skills that include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide and perform metric conversions. * Satisfactory oral and written communication skills to interact with employees. * Must be able to read and understand blueprints and warehouse paperwork. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, Excel and Word. SAP computer skills helpful. * Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instruction and manage problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls; reach above shoulders; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
