Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join the TTR team and support Alnylam's commitment to advancing the science and care of patients with transthyretin (TTR) amyloidosis. Patients often experience prolonged diagnostic journeys; this role is an opportunity to help elevate disease understanding and support evidence-based clinical decision-making through high-quality scientific exchange. The MSL will be principally responsible for building and sustaining scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and other healthcare professionals within an assigned geography. The MSL will identify and address unmet medical education needs, deliver balanced scientific information (including mechanism of action and emerging clinical data), and gather actionable medical insights to inform internal stakeholders. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
