Vice President, US Strategic Accounts We are seeking a proven leader with the strategic vision, executive presence, and collaborative style to shape our US Strategic Accounts strategy and go-to-market approach. Passionate about developing people and advancing patient care, this individual will play a critical role in driving enterprise growth and impact. Reporting to the SVP, Head of US TTR, the Vice President, the VP of US Strategic Accounts will define and execute Alnylam's account strategy across organized customers including health systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Integrated Provider Networks (IPNs) and other organized provider networks. Leading a national team of Strategic Account Leads, this executive will build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and deliver results that support both near- and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in organized customer environments, a strong track record of launching and scaling commercial strategies, deep relationships with organized customer leaders, and a commitment to leading teams that expand patient identification and access and deliver lasting value. U.S. Pay Range $289,000.00 - $391,000.00 The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
