We're MemorialCare, a nonprofit health system that includes four hospitals, two medical groups, imaging centers, surgical centers and much more. Founded in 1907, we are one of the leading health systems in Orange County and Los Angeles County, we're confident that no matter what your needs are, we have the teams, tools and know-how to support you every step of the way.

PTO: vacation, holiday and sick leave
Our fully integrated Paid Time Off (PTO) policy provides time off for holidays, rest and relaxation, or while you or a family member is recovering from a temporary illness or injury. PTO can be used as they are accrued.

Wellness programs
MemorialCare’s well-being program is called “The Good Life”. Its goal is to empower you to maintain or improve your complete well-being through active living, mindful eating, life balance and social connection. The Good Life provides employees with the tools that makes it easy to focus on any area of wellness that is important to you, from increasing fitness, building better nutrition and sleep habits, or increasing mindfulness skills.

Employee assistance program
At MemorialCare, we understand that personal problems occasionally arise, and you may need to seek outside professional advice. Our employee assistance program helps employees and their immediate family develop and maintain a lifestyle that supports good health and productivity. The program provides free, confidential counseling, assessment, referral and follow-up. EAP services are at no cost to the employee and all services are completely confidential.

Educational opportunities and tuition reimbursement
MemorialCare encourages and supports the professional growth of its employees by providing financial assistance to further their education. Courses must be related to the employee’s position or be required by a degree program, which leads to a MemorialCare related career.
