Established in 1784 at the juncture of the Cumberland and Red Rivers, Clarksville is one of the state's oldest cities. Today, a fully-developed RiverWalk begins at this intersection and tells Clarksville’s story from that historic point. And, it’s the best place around to witness a jaw-dropping river sunset!

A short drive northwest of Nashville along I-24, Clarksville is an easy drive for a fun-filled weekend getaway. We're also one of the state's youngest cities with a median age of 30.
