P6 Scheduler

Opportunity Overview: P6 Scheduler - Surry, VA - 12 Month + Contract Role

We have an exciting contract opportunity for a P6 Scheduler with Westinghouse! This position will support development of Westinghouse project schedules for a construction project at Surry Nuclear Plant in Surry, VA. This is a contract role for 12+ months with the possibility to extend.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Focus will be on supporting the development of Westinghouse project schedules
• Work closely with planners and project managers to ensure scheduling for the construction team supports the project work effectively
• Ensure the schedules will keep project on track
• Be versed in Primavera P6 schedules and fundamentals (logic, duration, resource loading, etc.)

What we need to see from you:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanicalor nuclearengineeringpreferred but not required
• In lieu of engineering degree, experience in nuclear projects will be considered
• 5+ years of experience of demonstrated experience in scheduling
• Strong problem solving, communication, excel, power point and presentation skills
• Experience with nuclear fuel products, fuel manufacturing, licensing, safety analysis, nuclear design engineering, construction products is preferred
• Must pass background check for nuclear clearance
