Earn $18.60/hour Position Details The Residential Shift Supervisor manages the daily operations of our community residential rehab (CRR) for adults with mental illness. They coordinate activities and chores for the residents and lead the staff through supervision, performance evaluations, scheduling, and setting on-call responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities * Ensure a warm, enriching, and esteem-building environment for consumers. * Function as a member of the management team. * Assist with on-call responsibilities in rotation. * Maintain compliance with CRR and Merakey regulations. * Schedule and orient direct care staff; approve overtime as needed. * Submit paperwork on time. * Schedule consumer appointments and assist with their health maintenance. * Coordinate consumer activities, including socialization and recreation. * Oversee daily operations of the residential program and manage resident tasks. * Conduct weekly site inspections, monthly fire drills, and notify the supervisor of needed repairs and purchases.
