Job Purpose:
Responsible for directly engaging with individuals and communities (in person, virtual, events, groups, etc) to raise awareness of mental health resources and relevant AllHealth Network services by providing support through small interventions, attending community events, and building relationships with local organizations and community partners.

Reporting Relationships:
This person reports to:
* Community Relations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with targeted communities and community members in order to connect groups/individuals to relevant programs and services.
* Increase positive brand awareness of AllHealth Network in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, and the surrounding Denver area by regularly being present in the mental health community
* Establish a collaborative relationship with clinical teams to help ensure seamless referral processes and provide tours of organizational facilities to providers, clients, and families, as needed
* Represents AllHealth Network in the community and networks with other agencies and partners to identify resources where appropriate.
* Works with individuals, families, and groups to provide outreach, support, individual and group interventions, and psychoeducation to introduce concepts of mental health
* Maintains a positive, ethical, and professional working relationship with community, government agencies, and other professionals.
* Works closely and collaborates within a team-based model to ensure effective and efficient delivery of relevant information. Includes telephonic and video; may include face-to-face contact as public health guidance allows. Travel as required for community engagement activities.
* Develops and provides presentations to community groups on coping skills, stress management, and AllHealth Network programs and services.
* Connects AllHealth Network with community-based organizations and resources that are consistent with the overall strategy of the organization and team.
* Introduce concepts of mental health through small interventions and education to identified community members/partners
* Positively contributes to the financial health of the organization by ensuring grant deliverables are met and utilizing, monitoring and collecting data for decision-making and program improvements.
* Participates and contributes to departmental meetings, team huddles, rounds, and other meetings, as needed, to ensure cohesive department operations.
* Enhances professional growth and development by participating in relevant training as outlined by SAMHSA and CDPHE.
* Provide administration (data tracking/documentation) with ongoing updates regarding identified needs of the community and use this information to assist leadership in decision-making
* Host/attend community engagement events to improve public awareness of programs at AllHealth Network
* Assist with the development community engagement materials, marketing collateral, and social media content as needed.
* Complete all required data entry and reporting.
* May require flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends in order to participate in special events.
* Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
* Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
* Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in community organizing and/or marketing is preferable
* Experience working in a collaborative team is desirable.

Skills/Abilities:
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with MS Office programs; especially MS Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
* Experience in engaging various groups, individuals, and social settings
* Commitment to working on cross-functional teams.
* Ability to respond and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work efficiently and effectively in both group settings and independently.
* Demonstrated commitment to Mental Health and the programs provided within the system of care.
* Ability to negotiate stairs, climb step ladder, lift equipment and supplies up to 30 lb. Must possess own transportation, have good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
* Ability to relate to others in a courteous, cooperative, sensitive, privacy-cognizant, and congenial manner.
* Flexibility to rearrange schedule to work some evenings and weekends on events (media, fundraisers, education, health fairs, and other public and private events).

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, 10% language differential
