What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop, implement and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement, pipeline growth and revenue. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Analytics, and Customer Success to create and implement strategies that align with our global expansion upsell and cross-sell PLG and PLS motions. You will also be responsible for nurturing leads through the funnel using personalized content, ABM strategies, and advanced marketing automation to drive engagement, conversion and bottom-line revenue.

This role is ideal for a data-driven demand marketer with a passion for optimizing the customer journey and driving engagement and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS software and a background in building global demand strategies.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Director.

Responsibility

  • Build and implement expansion campaigns to drive engagement, demand and meet business objectives and aggressive growth targets

  • Plan, build, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, email, IPC) to drive demand, nurture, and conversion

  • Partner closely with the product and growth teams to integrate product-led growth strategies, using in-product behavior data to optimize marketing efforts and accelerate sales cycle

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams from Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations and Customer Success to drive incremental growth across all customer segments

  • Identify and act on opportunities proactively to improve programs through experimentation and optimization efforts

  • Build and effectively communicate Lifecycle Marketing plans with forecasts and goals on a continued basis to keep cross-functional partners aligned and supportive of programs


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, digital, demand gen, integrated marketing or a similar role at a fast-growth company, ideally from a SaaS business
  • Experience with strategizing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns using best practices and building scalable campaigns that deliver results
  • Experience working in a Product-Led Growth model
  • Experience driving insights and trends from data
  • Experience in creating email campaigns, including developing targeted messaging and optimizing content and assets for engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Preferred

  • Highly analytical and dedicated to data-driven insights
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively to drive programs from inception to execution to analysis
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, organized, self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing Product-Led Growth strategies in a B2B environment, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, lead and demand nurturing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and familiarity with tools such as Eloqua and Action IQ
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and ability to create engaging in-product communications (PQL)
  • Experience with ABM and analytics tools

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
