Job Title: Maintenance Tech FLSA Status: Full Time - non-exempt Schedule: FT, Varies Closing Date: 11/23/2024 Rate of Pay: $21/hour Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Function: This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position, 40 hours a week with vacation and sick time as well as medical, dental, and optional insurance coverages. The Maintenance tech is responsible for keeping assigned areas of congregate and non-congregate living spaces in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. Priorities of this position will include turning over rooms upon exit of residents, daily cleaning and sanitizing of common areas, and complying with all health and safety standards and policies.
