Summary: The Program Manager (PM) will provide support to the Army's premier sustainment think tank and training institution is the Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE). The SCoE headquarters is the United States (US) Army Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), located at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia (formerly known as Fort Lee). The SCoE provides education and training of United States (U.S.) Army, foreign military, other services, and civilian personnel for military occupational specialties and professional development. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The Program Manager will work closely with project managers, executives, and external partners to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.  Responsibilities
 
 
 Essential Job Functions: 
 Shall manage the workforce and provide the required labor mix and that meet the requirementsShall notify the COR and the KO of any real or potential deficiencies in the personnel area as they occurShall provide the necessary level of additional management and administrative oversight to achieve the quantitative, and qualitative requirements under each contract/task orderIdentifies risks and problems, proposes solutions, and provides timely and accurate contract deliverablesOversees desk teams, field subject matter experts, specialists, and engineers in the execution of dutiesDevelops and interprets policies in specific program areas, and provides leadership, coordination, and authoritative advice to top officials in the development of cooperative relationships, resulting in the formulation and execution of progressive and comprehensive programs that meet goals and objectivesFacilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights and analysis Qualifications
 
 
 Necessary Skills and Knowledge: 
 Strong knowledge of project management methodologiesExcellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be proficient with MS office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint, and ensure ability to access all required training tools and databasesMust be able to speak, write, and comprehend the English language Minimum Qualifications: 
 Minimum five (5) years of experience in program/project managementProven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and deliver resultsAbility to successfully pass a employment background checkMust be a U.S. citizens and have a valid T3 investigation with Secret or Interim Secret eligibility at the start of this contract
  
   Not required to have a SECRET security clearance; however, they do need a favorably adjudicated tier 1 investigation in order to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC) Preferred Qualifications:
