We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to deliver a comprehensive range of tax services, ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations within the required timeframe. This role involves building strong client relationships, providing expert planning and consulting, and overseeing the review of complex income tax returns. Responsibilities: Deliver a comprehensive range of tax services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations within established deadlines. Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide expert tax planning, consulting, and advisory services. Provide innovative tax planning strategies and review complex income tax returns. Identify and mitigate tax-related risks. Lead and coordinate accounting and tax staff, regularly assessing their performance. Oversee the tax provision and compliance processes. Manage and coordinate tax audits. Maintain accurate tax balances in the general ledger. Prepare all tax-related documents on a regular basis and handle information requests. Familiarity with PPC and preparation of tax extensions. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Tax Manager, with a thorough understanding of tax accounting, compliance, and all types of tax returns. Ability to review business tax returns and resolve complex issues. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Experience conducting tax research for IRS-related issues. Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships. Strong leadership and personnel management abilities. CPA designation required. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in a CPA firm. BA in Accounting or MA in Taxation. #ZR
