Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing healthcare company to fill a Healthcare Recruiter role. The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing clinical candidates for open requisitions. The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for initiating and hosting intake calls with hiring managers to determine strategy and recruiting needs, providing weekly updates on requisitions, conducting follow ups with managers to provide recruitment status, tracking applicants within the ATS system, and completing additional administrative tasks within the recruitment lifecycle. Requirements
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree required
  • Experience recruiting for Advanced Practice Nursing is preferred
  • Experience recruiting within Hospice or Palliative Care specialties is a plus
  • Must be able to work within CST or CST hours daily
  • Must be able to travel to attend recruitment events and state conferences in GA

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
