Location: Medical Center - Fort WorthDepartment: Pharmacy-Dodson SpecialtyShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients with renal transplant or nephrological conditions, both in the ambulatory and inpatient settings. This role requires a deep understanding of complex transplant and renal pharmacotherapy and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Note: The Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the Renal Transplant team outside of normal business hours. Responsibilities:
