LOCATION: Kroc Center - Phoenix, AZ STATUS: Part-Time / Non-Exempt HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $17.44 We are seeking enthusiastic and licensed/certified personal trainers and group instructors to join our dynamic team! We need aquatic instructors for morning shifts, as well as strength, cycle, kickboxing, boxing, pilates, and step instructors for various times. Responsibilities include leading engaging and safe fitness classes, providing personalized attention, ensuring proper form, and creating a welcoming environment for all members. Candidates must be certified in their specialty, have experience leading group classes or personal training, and hold a current CPR/AED certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate clients are essential. QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate a telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
