POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Director, COE Supply Chain, this person will be a critical leader responsible for the development and implementation of Strategic Sourcing Projects across all Regal Rexnord business segments of Regal Rexnord's global spend of ~$3.2B. This is a hybrid role based out of either Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI.

The COE Manager will be focused on Supply Chain COE in the areas of sourcing and supplier management. In concert with the supply chain organization this individual is expected to challenge the current process approach and support standardization of policies and procedures that improve value and efficiency. This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord. This position partners in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies & procedures, taking the necessary steps to assure compliance focused on supplier risk mitigation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Regal Rexnord's overall objectives for streamlining sourcing through driving a streamlined sourcing pipeline that involves overhauling procedures with a sense of urgency.
  • Deploy programs that protect the organization, mitigate risk, minimize supply chain interruptions, protect brand and corporate image, meet customer requirements while following applicable laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain policies, program requirements, procedures, processes, and risk performance measures to drive effective and efficient risk management throughout all phases of the supplier life cycle.
  • Develop and implement program tools and templates for the latest procurement tools and platforms to assist advancing the strategic sourcing organization.
  • Implement and drive process consistency and cross-business collaboration through sourcing strategies and councils that result in supplier consolidation and leverage opportunities across all global business segments.
  • Manage, lead, and develop the global supply chain COE resources and deliverables.
  • Inform the leadership team of the latest trends, tools, and research.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with global strategic supply chain partners to ensure period-over-period process improvements.
  • Drive the Regal Rexnord Business System in service through the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aligned to optimize performance.
  • Advocate Regal Rexnord's vision, mission, values, initiatives and company policies, continuously improving and reducing risks within the supply chain organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in supply chain management, engineering, or industrial management. MBA in supply chain management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or supply chain.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting multiple divisions each having their own business requirements and metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and bring multiple projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in generating accurate and understandable data and reports to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted, respectful relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.
