Staffmark, in partnership with our client in Batavia, OH, is looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our growing team. If you have experience welding mild or structural steel, this is your chance to build your career with a company that values your expertise.

What You'll Do:



  • Weld mild and structural steel in flat, horizontal, or vertical positions
  • Use hand tools such as grinders, cut-off wheels, and magnetic drills
  • Work from written and verbal instructions to complete projects with precision


What You Need:



  • 1+ year of welding experience or completion of a welding trade school program
  • Familiarity with GMAW (MIG) and FCAW welding methods
  • Ability to lift and move metal components (up to 50 lbs)


Shift Options:



  • 2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10:15 PM

    • 2nd shift will train on 1st or 3rd shift unless directed otherwise


  • 3rd Shift | 10 PM - 6:15 AM
