CEI Engineering Associates is looking to hire a full-time Survey Project Manager to work at our office in Bentonville, AR. Do you have superior interpersonal and communication skills? Summary
The Survey Project Manager manages multiple survey projects and clients. Responsibilities include directing multiple survey projects from field to finish within required timeframes, budgets, and in accordance with each client's requirements.

Essential Functions



  • Manage boundary, topographical, pipeline, utility, right of way, and construction survey projects
  • Create scope for RFQ's, establish the cost and schedule for each project
  • Direct field technicians and coordinate work with other staff and design team members
  • Be a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local government officials
  • Review projects for compliance with company standards, local, state, and federal regulations, boundary determinations, and ALTA requirements
  • Review work products, quality control, and budgeting
  • Mentor, develop, and supervise staff
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Land Surveying, Surveying Technology, or equivalent training/experience
  • RPLS license or in the process
  • DOT Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a registered surveyor with relevant experience managing survey projects, cost estimating, contract negotiation, review, and implementation
  • Thorough understanding of up-to-date survey technologies including robotic total station, data collector, GPS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and Microsoft office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of personal initiative and drive to meet client expectations
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
