The Revenue Operations Analyst is a role responsible for the alignment of the GTM team across the full client lifecycle in order to drive growth, operational clarity, and efficiency. The holistic approach is designed to avoid the risks and inefficiencies of standalone operational teams.
Included is Enablement and consolidating information for multi-stakeholder deals; and both support areas will require scaling in order to support continued business growth for the global teams. Once the data-driven business model is agreed upon, built, and activated with key stakeholders the focus areas will become: * Operations * Enablement across Sales and Digital Marketing Operations. * Insights for individual contributors, managers and directors. * Partnering with the martech arm of the organization to oversee the tool stack to support all the above. This role requires an individual with strong background in data and analytics and business processes. Knowledge of Salesforce platform or an equivalent is also highly advantageous. The role includes ownership of current processes, with a very clear mandate to develop and execute new ideas to fast-track value-adds for revenue growth. Key Result Areas and Main Activities * Build out a Revenue Operations model to support the growth of the organization * Oversee the Sales funnel- responsible for tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel to make recommendations for improvements. * Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting - support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy * Develop and drive the design and implementation of processes to enable effective marketing planning and forecasting * Work with Digital Marketing Ops to ensure all top-of-funnel activities are captured and tracked and data integrity is preserved * Help drive key operational metrics for the sales organization like quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and stage conversion rates * Support setup of core retargeting strategies. * Perform data analyses on large and disparate datasets to gather insights required to make key business decisions, including renewal data and product adoption * Leverage team business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements What makes you special * Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - proven ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights * Experience with cross functional project execution, and driven to continually improve performance * Have impeccable organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail * Show excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences * Look for innovation in all that you do, but also operate in the detail of a given process What makes you qualified * BA/BS in business administration, finance, management information systems or related discipline * 2-3+ years of related sales operations experience * Experience using CRM Software, Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua preferably), Tableau, and Adobe Applications * Salesforce experience required * Effective management across many priorities, adjusting as priorities change * Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making |
