Job Summary

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all office areas and public areas of the facility are maintained to the highest level of professional appearance and that all service requirements are met and exceeded. This is a fast-paced, customer-interactive role that requires an organized and positive individual. This role leads a team of 4 hourly associates and 2 office managers and a variety of financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, delegate, and build strong relationships with clients and direct reports
  • Respond to requests promptly and extend outstanding customer service to all internal/external customers and clients.
  • Maintain records of metrics of office services activities
  • Serve as client's main point of contact, host regular client meetings, and review metrics data related to essential job functions
  • Produce client invoicing and maintain records related to supplemental billing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage budget and forecasting of all business units
  • Manage employee payroll
  • Delegate responsibilities to direct reports accordingly
  • Create client Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges
  • Oversee the physical appearance of all serviceable areas of the site including conference rooms, pantries, kitchens, lobbies, copy centers, office services, supplies, etc.
  • Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies and coordinate ordering
  • Conference room management - tidiness, booking, etc.
  • Lunch/meal and catering coordination Assist with vendor lunches as needed
  • Coordinate events and catering with events team
  • Cross department support for IT and HR as needed IT equipment inventory
  • New Hire Orientation and tours
  • Ensure office info (wiki, internet, email, and slack lists) are updated and accurate
  • Maintains documented procedures for all ESFM processes and responsibilities
  • Participate in ESFM/Compass Group initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Establish work standards and work flow
  • Execute additional responsibilities as needed based on client and supervisor requests
