The Impact You'll Make
You'll develop and implement commodity strategies, align development deliverables, benchmark suppliers, negotiate agreements, and resolve delivery, cost, and supply chain challenges. Navigating a highly visible and dynamic environment, your strategic expertise in implementing initiatives will support material availability, quality, and cost to maintain Lam's reliability and competitive edge. What You'll Do
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering. An advanced degree in chemistry or chemical engineering (MS, PhD) is strongly preferred.Experience in chemical development and/or synthesis. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus, with a focus on semiconductor process development strongly preferred.Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, or Account Management is strongly preferred.Requires excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization including executivesPrevious project management experience and knowledge of basic project management conceptsExperience with continuity planning and risk mitigation development with suppliersInfluence skills:Experienced negotiator with the ability to communicate critical thinking ideas and concepts.Capable of developing and delivering compelling arguments and presentations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and business processes.
