SUMMARY
Responsibilities
* Reconciling FTE budget and Position Control Report
* Assist with maintaining Position Review Committee requisition list and approvals
* Assist with developing staffing plans and FTE requirements
* Calculate FTE and cost neutrality for consolidated and transferred positions
* Coordinate agency and contract personnel renewals and new requests.
* Assist with developing and maintaining department workload targets
* Assist with developing annual Operating Budget
* Prepare meeting materials for weekly Position Review Committee

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related experience
* Master's degree or higher is desirable
* Minimum of three years of experience in analysis of hospital labor management
* Advanced knowledge and skills in FTE analysis and management
* Highly proficient in Excel required
* Experience in Taleo, Strata and Peoplesoft desired
* Experience in hospital operations desired
* Highly organized and detail-oriented required
* Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
