The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) will provide sales leadership and operational management for all branch employees. The ABM will work with the Branch Manager for developing sales growth, profitability and personnel development of the location.

Other responsibilities to include:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in setting and achieving branch financial goals
  • Provide a "Best in Class" work environment for employees and customers
  • Promote stated goals of EW
  • Provide effective leadership to branch staff
  • Coach, mentor, hire, and train branch staff
  • Strive for high market share
  • Work with Senior Management to achieve strategic advantage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferably in Electrical Wholesale industry
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of operational procedures
  • The ability to organize, develop and execute a business plan
