As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will support all areas of the human resource systems to support business functions. This role will provide technical support, development, and ongoing maintenance of all aspects of our Workday system. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of HR Technology and be responsible for business process configuration, report development, security configuration, and system functionality, and be a steward of our system and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting Workday across multiple modules, including Core HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Workday Security and/or Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, Hiring).

  • Design, configure, test, and implement Workday improvements and business process changes and troubleshoot issues when they arise.

  • Collaborate with the HR Team to evaluate business requirements and recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and trade-offs. Drive alignment among stakeholders.

  • Serve as lead on projects and improvement activities as needed.

  • Coordinate activity for new Workday releases including education and communication with stakeholders

  • Collaborate with HR teams to translate business requirements into formal configuration documentation.

  • Research and address data integrity issues and errors. Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate. Establish audit processes as needed.

  • Proactively stay current on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Work to improve the capability of self and team.

  • Support projects to streamline processes, eliminate non-value-added activities improve efficiency, and ensure timely completion, high-quality implementations, achievement of budget targets, and outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Workday, including 3+ years configuring Workday (i.e., business processes, integrations, security, )

  • High level of Expertise in the Workday environment. Must be able to hit the ground running on day 1 to support the team with complex Workday changes

  • Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday

  • Advanced Workday Report Writing experience

  • Studio Integrations experience

  • Experience working in ticket/case management systems (e.g., JIRA)

  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence

  • Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and creating clarity out of ambiguity

  • Strong collaborator; can engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong customer happiness orientation

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related business area is helpful

  • Preferred: Experience with the Workday Extend

  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $108,360.00-$151,704.00

Other site ranges may differ

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
