For over 100 years, we've manufactured high-quality products right here in the USA. We still operate out of our Oregon-based factory to this day, producing innovative, battle-proven optics for the world's most relentless hunters, shooters, law enforcement officers, and military personnel. Regardless of the product, whether it's a red dot or a riflescope, we design and manufacture it with one goal in mind-to ensure it performs for life.

At Leupold and Stevens we work hard and play hard. We're American to the Core and passionate about what we do. Product excellence and uncompromising quality are our top priorities and this passion for innovation and quality is apparent not only in our world class optical products, but in the systems and processes that support our daily operations. We have an exciting opportunity for a business systems analyst to provide project and production support for our ERP and manufacturing systems. Do you consider yourself a subject matter expert on ERP? Are you confident in leading business process & IT systems solution discussions for a discrete manufacturing environment? • Collaborating to resolve requirements conflicts between stakeholders
    • Researching, documenting, and validating current and future state processes and designs (functional and technical)
    • Helping to define best approaches, alternatives, and decision frameworks for alternative business solutions analyses.

Skills & Experience You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, Business Operations, or a relevant field with a minimum 10 years of demonstrated SDLC experience with full lifecycle IT projects, including waterfall and agile projects.
  • Minimum 5+ Years hands on experience with ERP systems in a discrete manufacturing environment
