About the Role:

Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative medical products and services to the healthcare industry. This role is a long term temporary Administrative Coordinator to assist with processing capital equipment orders.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • examine orders that come through, draft agreements, check for compliance
  • data entry of orders
  • collaborate with other departments
  • provide administrative support where needed


Requirements



  • 1-2 years experience in administrative, customer service or similar role
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to prioritize
  • analytical with attention to detail
  • SAP & Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
