Finance Operations Analyst EM-General-ZSFG Full Time 81304BR Job Summary The Finance Operations Analyst uses professional accounting concepts as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of accounting practices and organizational policies and procedures to resolve complex assignments where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors and multiple sources. The incumbent in this position exercises judgment within defined accounting procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. The Finance Operations Analyst receives general instructions, with detailed instructions provided on complex new assignments and initiatives. He/she has contact with internal and external resources on a regular basis. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and making recommendations. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $87,200 - $130,700 (Annual Rate). DEM administrative and research staff support the work of 90 full-time faculty and 50+ part-time attending physicians, a residency program, fellowship programs and over 300 housestaff and students each year.
