You will be responsible for managing sales business opportunities via phone and multiple electronic means in a manner that aligns with Our Values and Subaru's highest standards.

Job Responsibilities



  • Greet Subaru guest sales leads promptly and courteously via phone, chat, email chat messaging, video email, screen share, video messaging, and video conferencing.
  • Handle all internet sales leads wtih assinged follow-up processes.
  • Assist customers utilizing digital reteailing, financing tools, trade value tools, and payment calculations.
  • Confirm daily sales appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
  • Convert leads to sales appointments and sold units.
  • Ensure accuracy of guest information in Data Management Systems (DMS)
  • Collaborate with Brand Specialists for seamless positive guest experience
  • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Policies & Procedures


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, typing, and computer skills needed
  • Ability to build rapport and invoke trust via phone or electronic platforms
  • Effective and influential communication skills
  • Is legally able to work in the United States
  • Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability (exceptions available for non-driving positions)

Pay: $18.00 per hour + commissions per sold car and shown appointments (earning potential $50-65,000 annually)
