| Crisdel Group, Inc. has a position available for a Concrete Laborer. The Concrete Laborer is responsible for prepping pour sites, mixing concrete, and placing concrete and rebar. Other duties include making concrete repairs, caulking expansion joints, and applying finish coating. You must know how to use construction equipment and tools and how to handle materials carefully. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of skilled labor or concrete experience. 
 Tasks & Responsibilities

 Demo worksites and prepare them for new concrete pour or placementMix concretePour or place concreteInstall rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiberRepair concrete structuresApply finishing coatFollow all safety protocols when using tools and equipmentClean up the worksite when the project is complete

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferredMinimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience working within the road construction industryAbility to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb, crawl, and pullAbility to work in a team environmentMust be able to lift and carry at least 50-90 poundsMust be able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods of timeKnowledge road construction materials, road construction processes and industry requirements.Excellent hand, eye and foot coordinationMust comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirementsValid driver's license issued within the United States clear of multiple and/or major violationsSuccessfully pass a pre-employment (post-offer) drug screen and motor vehicle records check; a criminal background check will also be conductedIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
