Summary TIMET is seeking a mechanical engineering intern to join our Maintenance team. The intern will work on various projects related to the improvement of maintenance processes. Essential Functions
Additional Responsibilities Good working knowledge of Manufacturing Codes and Standards including ASME, ASTM, ANSI, basic knowledge of electrical controls and critical interlocks, basic knowledge of mechanical interlock, able to write sound and practical procedures Competencies Proficient in software applications such as MS Office and other related applications. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Education and Experience Interns must be either graduates or pursuing a degreed program in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or University. Special Skills Experience in automated drafting or AUTOCAD is helpful. Must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident.
