 Locations: Arlington, Oregon GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 
 The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties for a wind energy generation site.
 
 Main accountabilities:
 
 
 
 Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtimeProcess invoices, service agreements, and other documentsProcess facility expensesInterface with site contractorsPerform regulatory filings with public agenciesAssist with complying with safety, federal, and site-specific regulations andreementsManage electronic and paper copies of agreements, permits, handbooks, procedures, and project-related documentationParticipate in facility's annual budgeting processProvide administrative support to the Operations teamInterface with and support on-site staff as neededInterface with Engineering, Accounting, Legal, Development staff, and other individuals, both internal and externalAdditional duties as required

 Travel: Up to 10%
 
 Minimum qualifications:
 
 
 
 Associate's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience5+ years in a technical industryProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP, and ConcurExperience with inventory managementUnderstanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products. (Preferred)Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise. (Preferred)
