| GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
 The Senior OSE Equipment Expeditor & Inspector is responsible for managing the quality and delivery of owner-supplied equipment (OSE) meeting specifications as designed by EDPR NA to ensure on-time delivery and quality of components. The Senior OSE Equipment Expeditor & Inspector, will have extensive experience in supplier quality and/or expediting, will utilize expertise to improve the quality and timely delivery of OSE to ensure it meets the project schedule by coordinating with Procurement and the project team. This is a full-time position for a 12-month duration with a full benefits package. Main accountabilities:  
 
 
 Serve as key point of contact for the Technical Department to manage the quality and delivery of Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) and Major Project equipment to support project schedules by effectively communicating with the project teamsEnsure that equipment is delivered on schedule and in accordance to specificationsCoordinate with vendors to inspect equipment as required to ensure quality, readiness, and true location of componentsExpedite equipment per agreed procurement plans as needed to support project scheduleManage and maintain supplier equipment delivery schedules via regular supplier communications and site visitsPerform risk assessment of supplier delivery schedules and proactively develop recovery plans to mitigate delivery delaysDevelop and provide weekly reports to management and project teams on the status of OSE and project equipment to ensure components are on track to support project plans and schedulesBuild strong and effective relationships with internal key stakeholders and suppliersIdentify material and related documentation as prescribed by the purchase order/sales order or contract specifications highlighting any nonconformance or omission.Additional duties as required.

 HS Diploma or equivalent is required, or other related experience required.8-10 years of experience in quality, procurement, construction, transportation, logistics, and OEM manufacturing in support of construction projects is preferredStrong background in inspecting and expediting equipment in support of wind, solar and BESSExperience working with vendors for solar PV's, wind turbines and BESSExperience and proficiency in performing on-site quality system assessments and evaluating suppliers' ability to produce the needed products, processes, or services Strong communicator who has experience working with internal and external stakeholdersExperience working with cross-functional and international teamsAbility to manage multiple projects across multiple geographiesAble to work independently, as well as in a team environmentUnderstanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred
