The Director of Solutions Engineering & ANS (Private 5G) will act as the link between our field sales/specialist sales teams and product management teams to ensure we appropriate design and win scalable ANS (Private 5G) solutions. This is a key sales leadership role in TFB, ensuring we meet our ambitious plans to create a $1bn+ ANS (Private 5G) business.The Director for Solutions Engineering & ANS (Private 5G) will be accountable for two areas: 1) Leading the design and commercial models for complex solution sales to ensure TFB win and grow our ANS (Private 5G) business and 2) l=Lead the team providing specialist solution support to field SEs and specialist sales teams for all other TFB solutions (Including IoT, HSI, Collaboration, Security). They will be measured on: 1.Closing sales (in partnership with Specialist sales, field sales) on our most complex ANS (Private 5G) opportunities. 2.Providing solution design and pre sales for all ANS opportunities. 3.Industrialising our ANS (Private 5G) solution offering making sales repeatable. 4.Providing specialist solution sales support for all solutions offered in IoT, Security, Collaboration, HSI. They will manage a team of specialist SEs as well as personally lead the solution design for our most complex opportunities. They are responsible for ensuring the Specialist solutions engineers and their respective teams meet and exceed all sales, operational, and performance objectives through strong leadership including training, development and coaching. Through this team of Managers, they are also responsible for achieving balance between gross activation, CPGA & sales productivity goals. The Director will lead the team that: 1)Works closely with sales specialist to understand the overall business needs of customers, develops end to end solutions to meet these needs (leveraging TFB solutions, partner solutions etc), sets best practice on winning these opportunities and works with product teams to ensure solutions developed are repeatable and scalable for other customers. 2)Provides specialist Support to field SEs and specialist sellers on all our solutions (ANS, IoT, Security, Collaboration, HSI). This specialist team acts as the 301, 401 level experts on products providing demonstration and design support to field SEs and specialist. Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
