Brief Summary of Work for this Position
The Athletics Communications temporary position will serve as an assistant to the Communications team for the day-to-day coverage of the athletic programs. This includes, but not limited to:

  • NCAA and CAA statistical information
  • Compilation of statistical information for records
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalency.

* Must be highly dependable, flexible, and available to work evenings and weekends.

* Possess excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.

* Strong problem solving skills

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time both indoors and outdoors.

* Work effectively as a team member.

* Previous customer service experience preferred.

Please note, this is a temporary position. The length of the assignment will be based on department need with the possibility of continuation. Temporary assignments cannot exceed 11 consecutive months without a full 31-day break from employment.
