Job Title Diversity, Equity & Inclusion DirectorJob Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. As Dotdash Meredith's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director, you will support the VP, Talent Development & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in delivering key DE&I strategies and programs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing initiatives and partnering across the company to cultivate and support a workplace culture of inclusion and engagement. The incumbent will also be responsible for building relationships with external partners to grow a pipeline of candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. Additionally, you will assist in the development and administration of DE&I training, workshops and special events, as well as track, analyze and report on essential diversity metrics. II. III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent training and/or experience. Experience: Proven experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years in a leadership role.

Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
