Engages the patient and family to develop treatment plans that address identified goals. Develops and lead staff education in psychiatric issues. May participate in on-call rotation. Requirements MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required board certified in Psychiatry within two years of hire upon hire BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain) Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI) Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hire Pay Range Pay Range: $328,400 to $339,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
