About the role

As a People Advisor, you'll play a vital role in our success, supporting our employees with their HR enquiries so they can focus on their own jobs. Taking care of their problems, whether big or small, and making sure they have an excellent employee experience in every interaction with HR.

We want to be a team that makes life better and easier for our employees and leaders in the moments that matter.

Key responsibilities:

Your role as a People Advisor will be to resolve HR-related queries from our employees and leaders and ensure that their interaction with HR results in a great experience. To do this, you must:

  • Address people's inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand their needs, research options, seek solutions, and collaborate with other HR colleagues to resolve queries.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local processes and regulations.
  • Guide and train employees and managers on the new HR systems and service delivery model.
  • Support the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job changes, exit, etc.
  • Collect and work with feedback from HR employees and colleagues.
  • Maintain and suggest enhancements to knowledge content in the HR portal to increase self-service usage.

What we are looking for

  • HR experience and knowledge of local labor legislation/HR practices in Colombia and Central America (desirable).
  • Employee centricity.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good planning and structuring of work.
  • Solution-oriented, focused on quality and improvements.
  • Agility and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required. English is desirable. The Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Workday would be an asset.
