Position Details:

Head of Pricing is the central leader in driving pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability across the Maersk Ground Freight business. This leader is a skilled, analytical leader with deep operational experience. They can deliver successfully against financial and operational objectives within a matrixed environment. The leader should be able to build pricing and profitability strategies, solve complex customer problems, and enable teams to drive revenue growth.

In this role:

  • You will build and lead a highly analytical pricing and profitability team to drive financial recovery

  • You will set the Regional MGF pricing strategies in partnership with Product leaders

  • You will partner closely with commercial to develop sales and revenue growth plans

  • You will partner in the development of customer solutions through pricing and monitor profitability

  • Responsible for profitability and related audit functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience driving revenue growth strategies

  • Ability to solve complex problems, articulate the root cause, and recommend solutions. Strong ability to address current-day challenges and account for what is needed now and in the future. Ruthlessly prioritizes-continuously applies the 80/20 principle.

  • Strategic thinking around revenue, marketing, and customer success by using data-driven insights to create action plans.

  • Able to drive projects to completion and organize/prioritize work. Sustain execution and urgency in the work processes.

Pay Range:

$175,000 - $195,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
