We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a future Branch Manager position at one of our many branches! This position has the opportunity to earn incentive pay.
Position Purpose:
Position requires
responsibility for directing and administering the day-to-day sales and
operational efforts of the Branch. Plans, directs, and manages the member
services activities of the branch with oversight of a full range of products
and services to members and prospective members through needs based selling.
Holds direct responsibility as a leader/coach to achieve branch sales,
business, financial and marketing goals, and to improve the share of market for
the branch area. Oversees branch service quality, physical security, internal
controls and audit integrity, and appearance.
Job Duties
(include but not limited to):
   
   
    - Works with their Regional
 Manager, VP Sales & Service, and other Senior Team members, to develop,
 communicate, and implement branch sales plans and directives.
- Supervises work scheduling
 and workflow of daily routine operations.
- Addresses and resolves
 sales related problems. Implements and monitors sales and service quality
 plans. Implement credit union plans at the branch level to assure consistency
 and productivity commensurate with staffing levels, facilities, and market
 area.

- Supervises and assists with
 member services and teller functions.
- Provides leadership through
 effective coaching and communication.
- Conducts regular meetings
 with Branch employees to inform and train. Discusses areas needing improvement
 and changes in procedure: Monthly Observation Coaching, weekly one-on-one
 coaching, and weekly sales meetings.
- Ensures that members'
 requests and questions are promptly resolved
- Promotes branch business development
 and seeks to broaden member base, implements Credit Union member service
 quality standards and ensures adherence to service quality programs. Proactive
 in maintaining member satisfaction through branch employee knowledge levels,
 courtesy, appearance, responsiveness, accuracy, and communications. Handles
 unusual or difficult member situations beyond the scope of branch personnel.
 Works with HR to resolve serious personnel problems which are escalated to the
 Retail Branch Manager.
- Fills in and performs
 duties in Branch positions as needed.
 Qualifications:
   
   
    - Bachelor's Degree required
- Two to five years of
 related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of
 supervisory experience
