Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Lee Health Heart Instituteis seeking a BE/BC Cardiologist to join our busy and growing team supporting the Lee Health System. We have multiple offices throughout the Lee County area that service our community and ensure quality care at the Lee Health acute care hospitals. The robust cardiology program is expanding its services to provide for the increasing needs of the community. Opportunities are available for non-invasive cardiologists interested in outpatient only, as well as hybrid positions to include both in and outpatient medicine. Candidates will need to read echocardiograms and nuclear stress tests. Practices are staffed with APPs and use EPIC/Dragon Dictation for their medical records.

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Cardiology
• Florida License or ability to obtain an Unrestricted Florida License
• BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support); Required ACLS may be required as identified/area of specialty.
• Must meet credentialing requirements as established by the LMHS Medical Staff Services department. Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is a Plus!
