Availability would be by-appointment-only, walk-in, study groups, embedded tutoring, or online tutoring, depending ontutorversatility and student demand. Desirable subject areas include:

If tutoring minors, this job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances: The SHARC expects all tutors to be courteous, respectful, professional, and ethical at all times.PeerTutors are expected to monitor appointment notifications on Penn State email, be prompt, be knowledgeable about scheduling, be available to meet as a group or with the coordinator as needed, handle interactions tactfully and effectively, and keep information regarding all students confidential.
