Reporting to the General Manager, the Controller is a key member of the site leadership team and is responsible for all financial reporting and the accuracy of financial transactions for the location. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with management responsibility for an accounting team including on-site A/R and A/P support, staff accountant(s), and/or cost accountant(s). The Controller has full responsibility for the plant finance & accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost accounting, and Treasury.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The typical work environment is an office setting; occasionally the employee may be required to visit the manufacturing areas where they could be exposed to loud noises, fumes/odors and hazards associated with moving equipment. The use of PPE, including hearing protection, eye and hand protection, and use of safety footwear may be required. Travel
Occasional domestic travel may be required; some overnight travel may be required. Due to location proximity, most travel will be by ground transportation so a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record to meet insurance standards is required.
