Join our team as a Systems Support Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, developing your skills in hardware, software, and network support, while playing a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

What We're Looking For:

• Students currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year computer-related degree program.
• Exceptional diagnostic abilities.
• Superior customer service skills to support mission critical local and cloud applications within a Windows Domain and Active Directory environment.
• A proactive attitude and passion for continuous learning.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to contribute to the success of a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hands-On and Remote Troubleshooting: Addressing Windows system issues for users across multiple locations.
• Imaging and Installation: Installing and configuring new computer systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance for critical IT procedures to maintain system integrity.
• Proactive Issue Identification: Identifying and resolving system issues before they escalate.
• Meeting Room and AV Support: Troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms.
