About the Operator Group Team The Operator Group builds the infrastructure and user-facing tools that enable Scale's operations team to deliver high-quality labeled data at scale. We work at the critical intersection of AI and human feedback, solving for performance, reliability, and usability in contributor-facing systems. We're tackling challenges in UX, orchestration, and real-time integrations;shipping high-leverage features at speed in close collaboration with operators and the most prominent model providers in the industry. As a full-stack team embedded in the GenAI business unit, we are central to Scale's revenue delivery and customer success. Responsibilities:

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
