The Procedure Center at the Anschutz Campus is a 9 room unit that treats children and adolescents for a wide range of conditions. The unit supports 18 different surgical and medical specialties and performs more than 6,600 cases a year. We are a unique, yet impressive team comprised of bachelor's prepared nurses, certified surgical technicians, dental assistants, anesthesia technicians, anesthesia providers, advanced practice providers, physicians, and surgeons. The staff in the Procedure Center are proud to provide safe quality of care to our patients. We perform a wide variety of procedures including gastrointestinal procedures, dental procedures, burn procedures, eye procedures, gynecologic procedures, dermatologic procedures, neurology procedures, and many other types of procedures. Our nurses and surgical technologists receive extensive training and education in all procedures, promoting communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. We promote continued education and encourage staff to pursue certifications. Salary Information Benefits Information As part of our Total Rewards package, Children's Colorado offers an annual employee bonus program that rewards eligible team members based on organizational performance. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April.
