The base salary range for a Disability Tax Reporting Analyst is 44,000 - 71,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure and equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Disability Tax Reporting Analyst Overview The role of the Disability Tax Reporting Analyst is to ensure accurate and timely reporting of disability tax information and plays a key role in identifying opportunities for business process improvement within the tax reporting function, as well as claims department. This position is responsible for analyzing tax data related to disability benefits, deductions, and credits to ensure compliance with regulations and related functions associated with the company's payment of disability claims. This position is also responsible for evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Essential Duties
