BASIC PURPOSE The purpose of the Food & Nutrition Specialist position is to provide support for Hope Express, Medically Tailored Meals, Fresh Choice Food Program and all other food/nutrition initiatives. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. This position is funded by a grant and its continuation is contingent upon the renewal of the grant funding.
