| Description Mission Statement The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Position Summary Private voice/piano/guitar/drum, etc. Instructor for music academy geared toward students of all ages in Orange County. Music Instructor will work with The Salvation Army music school director to schedule days of the week to teach and engage with children and adults. Pay Range and Hours This is a part-time employee position, 3-15 hours per week depending on student enrollment and teacher schedule. $30-$36 per hour, DOE. Essential Functions 
 Working Conditions Ability to sit for long periods of time with breaks, and walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

 Competencies Must be dependable, able to communicate effectively, problem solve, plan, organize, think critically, work well alone and with others, and be a team player.
