Position Summary Under general supervision of the Senior Nutrition Director or a higher-level administrator, operates and manages a Senior Nutrition Program with little on site supervision. This supervisory position involves responsibility for efficient distribution and serving of meals to seniors. Supervises a team of Food Service helpers, drivers and volunteer workers. Maintains records and reports as required by The Salvation Army and San Diego County, attends meetings as required, publicizes programs and services. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Minimum Qualifications

Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Experiencing Working With The Elderly. (preferred)
2 years: Minimum Supervisory Experience In Related Field. (required) Licenses & Certifications
