What You'll Do

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Industrial team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Pulp & Paper/Industrial and Water industry.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand.
  • Manages a base of business ranges from very little to large base.
  • Manages a defined territory or industry where they have sufficient opportunity to capture competitively held business; and assigned an aggressive and achievable revenue growth target.
  • Sensitive to new business opportunities and creative approaches to gain
  • Business acumen and negotiating skills required for Sr. level customer interface
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of people in the organization
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Bring

  • Related experience in technical sales (Industrial sales)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science and/or Engineering; or equivalent relevant industry experience.
